My wife tells me to get ready for years of this now. I hope I'm lucky enough to suffer through years of it.
What amazes me is that when I caught just a few minutes of the young PP&M on PBS, before running to a commitment at church, their commitment and passion completely fired me up all over again. I'm old and tired and getting worn down by a ton of stuff these days, but catching their earliest appearances --- when they were taking risks by combining their art and their social convictions -- reminded me what ministry is all about.
