Why CC wishes she were Fausto

Today my doctor's office called. Seems he's cutting back on his schedule and has to cancel my upcoming appointment. However, they have a new doctor on staff and can offer me an earlier appointment with the new guy, who's not booked up yet.

His name's Mulder. We've been wondering where he was going to turn up next.
