Local failure?
This sure wasn't.
And it only happened yesterday. You've got to wonder how much more of it went on last week.

This is the kind of mistake Mother Of PeaceBang would have made. She once phoned me from Wilmington on her way up the coast to Philadelphia from Florida. "Honey!" she said, "I should be there so much sooner than I thought! I'm already in Delaware!" "Uh, Mom," said I, "Go look at the stationary on the motel desk. What's the address?"
She obediently did as I bade her and returned to the phone chastened. "Oh gosh," she said, "I guess I'm not so close after all. I seem to be in Wilmington, North Carolina."
I said, "I HATE when that happens!"
Well, at least MOPB, bless her heart, doesn't run FEMA.
